Yale Students: You can take a Yale shuttle to 333 Cedar Street and walk with traffic towards York.  Harkness will be on your right - see below.

By Car
From New York, I-95 North,
From Providence I-95 South
To exit 47 (Downtown New Haven & Route 34).

From Boston, Western Mass, Vermont:
I-91 South to exit 1 (Downtown New Haven & Route 34).

These highway exits become the Richard E. Lee connector; take exit 2 onto N. Frontage Rd. Take the first left at the lights onto College St. which merges into Congress Ave.  Cedar Street is your first right once on Congress.

There is rarely parking along Cedar St. so your best bet is to park at one of the meters along Congress Ave and then walk up Cedar. Street parking is free after 7pm.

Harkness Hall is on your right on Cedar shortly before you reach York Street.  When you see the first large grassy area on Cedar, follow the sidewalk that goes off to your right and on your left through the high glass windows you'll see people dancing.
